Terms of Use
Last updated: June 24, 2026
By downloading or using Squish (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don’t use the app.
License
Squish grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service.
Your content
You retain all rights to the videos you compress. Squish processes your videos entirely on your device and never uploads, stores, or claims any rights to them. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any video you compress.
Purchases
Squish offers an optional one-time “Squish Pro” unlock, sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. Purchases are subject to Apple’s terms. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. The Pro unlock is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it to process content you do not have the right to use.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. While Squish is designed to never modify your original video and to compress reliably, we cannot guarantee the app will be error-free or suitable for every file or device. Always keep your original until you’ve confirmed the result.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squish and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
